    Sure! The store has been registered and incorporated at the Company House. Company registration number: 15066562.
  • What should I do if there are issues with the food quality or packaging?
    We conduct quality checks before shipping. However, if you encounter any issues, please do not consume the product and contact us. We will assist you.
  • Are your food packaging compliant with regulations?
    Absolutely! In accordance with UK government regulations, all food packaging must be labeled as 'suitable for food contact' or feature a symbol resembling a wine glass and fork. All inner bags of our packaging carry this certification and are BRCGS approved (BRC Site Code: 2031250), capable of withstanding temperatures up to 121 degrees Celsius. Please feel confident in consuming our products.
  • Are your food items homemade? Are they real meats?
    All products are produced in-house, in our own kitchen, in compliance with UK FSA hygiene and safety requirements. We never use any synthetic meat products, and all ingredients are personally selected from reliable local suppliers and wholesalers.
  • I see some products marked as 'pre-order.' What does that mean?
    These products are currently out of stock as they are being prepared in the kitchen. The expected shipping date will be displayed in the product details.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use that tracking number to check the status of your order on the shipping company's website.
  • Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
    In most cases, yes! If the order hasn't been dispatched yet. If you'd like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll assist you.
  • Is there a minimum order amount requirement?
    Not at the moment. In order to make BEAST FEAST accessible to everyone, we have no restrictions.
  • Do you accept bulk orders?
    Of course! We are committed to meeting the needs of different customers. Please contact us directly.
  • What is the cost of delivery?
    For local delivery, Bristol area is £2. For the Bath area, the delivery fee is £5.5. Courier delivery fee to other UK mainland areas starting from £7. Free delivery fee for orders above £60.
  • How is your local delivery arranged?
    After customers place an order, we will contact you directly to arrange a delivery time. Typically, orders placed before 2pm will be delivered on the same day (Bristol area only, subject to our availability). We will notify the customer 15 to 30 minutes before our arrival for preparation. Feel free to contact us if there are any questions.
  • What areas do you cover with your services?
    We currently offering local delivery within Bristol and surrounding areas. UK Mainland delivery is available via DPD and Evri.
  • If I select cash on delivery, do you accept credit card payments?
    Absolutely. All our delivery personnel are equipped with credit card readers. We accept major credit card providers, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Do you accept cash payment for local delivery?
    Yes. Please choose the "Cash on delivery" option when placing your order. Please be advised that customers are expected to prepare the exact amount as our drivers do not carry changes.
