Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas

We primarily deliver within Bristol using our own delivery service.
We also offer UK-wide delivery via next-day courier services.

For UK deliveries, the courier used will be selected by us unless the customer informs us in advance that they wish to avoid a specific courier. Alternative courier requests may result in additional delivery charges.

Delivery Methods

Bristol Local Delivery

  • Orders within Bristol are handled and delivered by us directly

  • We will contact the customer to arrange an agreed delivery time

  • Delivery is made using our own vehicle

UK Courier Delivery

  • UK-wide orders are shipped using a next-day delivery service

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched

  • Customers are encouraged to manage delivery preferences directly with the courier

Delivery Charges & Minimum Order

Bristol Delivery

  • Delivery fee: £2.50

  • Minimum order: £20

  • Free delivery on orders £60 or above
     

UK Delivery

  • Orders £60 and above: Free delivery

  • Orders £30 – £59.99: £5.99 delivery fee

  • Orders under £30: £6.99 delivery fee

  • Minimum order: £20

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders placed before 4:00pm will be processed the same working day where possible

  • Orders placed after 4:00pm will be processed the next working day

  • Orders placed on Friday will be handled on Monday

  • If items are in stock, we aim to deliver within 1–3 working days

  • Bristol local deliveries have a handling time of 0–3 working days

Frozen Food & Temperature Control

Our products may be supplied as frozen or refrigerated, depending on the item.

All food is dispatched under appropriate temperature-controlled conditions. We use temperature-controlled bags and/or insulated foam boxes with ice packs to help maintain product quality during transit.
 

Upon delivery, customers must:

  • Immediately refrigerate or freeze the products as appropriate, according to the product type

  • Follow any storage instructions provided with the order
     

Responsibility for proper storage transfers to the customer once the delivery has been successfully completed.

Missed Deliveries

Bristol Local Deliveries

  • We will wait up to 15 minutes upon arrival

  • If no one is available and no safe place is agreed, we will leave

  • A redelivery fee will apply for rearranged deliveries

UK Courier Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place

  • Deliver to a neighbour
     

We strongly recommend customers set their delivery preferences directly with the courier using their app or website once the tracking number is available.

International Data Transfers

We may transfer your personal information outside the UK or the EU. If such transfers occur, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data.

Holidays & Service Interruptions

We do not operate deliveries during holidays or announced shutdown periods.
Any temporary delivery suspensions will be communicated via our website or order confirmation.
